Introducing the Clio Bar Association Affinity Program

Clio’s Bar Association Affinity Program is designed specifically to help Bar Associations and Law Societies across North America make Clio more accessible to their members. As a member benefit, all members of partner Bar Associations will receive a 10% lifetime discount on Clio. This represents the highest discount tier available on Clio.

Royalty Option

In addition to the member benefit listed above, Clio is pleased to offer a royalty opportunity to those affinity partners who are interested. The royalty includes a significant portion of the total user fees collected in the first year from new bar association accounts and offers revenue in perpetuity. What Does Clio Provide?

To facilitate the program and track all new signups and discounts, Clio provides each affinity partner with a customized promotional code. This code activates the relevant discount and also tracks all new signups from the bar. Partners also receive a co-branded landing page that provides their members with a customized portal through which to sign up for Clio.

Once a new account is created, Clio’s in-house account managers verify each new user to ensure that they are active members of the Bar.

Clio’s Commitment to its Partners

Clio will actively promote it service to your members in a number of ways, including:

• Exhibiting at relevant conferences/meetings;
• Web and print advertising;
• Provide free CLE sessions on a range of topics;
• Produce educational content for publications, blogs, newsletters, etc.

In all cases, Clio will work directly with Bar Association staff to create a promotional plan that meets your Bar’s precise needs and helps make the partnership a successful one for your members.
