This week, we would like to introduce you to the instructors helping Tucker with their exercises.
Chad Burton, Managing Partner of Burton Law LLC
Chad is the founding attorney of Burton Law. Prior to doing so, he worked at a large law firm focusing on business litigation. Chad continues to represent businesses and individuals in litigation. He also serves as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, including new and existing franchises.
Chad is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts, including the State of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Betsy Westhafer, Chief Operating Office of Curo Legal
Serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Curo Legal, Betsy’s background includes various aspects of helping small and medium-sized businesses meet their growth objectives. For more than 20 years, Betsy has focused her career on the entrepreneur, including serving as the Director of Business Development for the Entrepreneurial Signature Fund, a $22.5 million investment fund for tech-startups based in Dayton, Ohio. Prior to that, she owned and operated a full-service marketing company and managed executive-level engagement programs including Customer Advisory Boards and Executive Summits.
Peggy Gruenke, founder of LegalBizSuccess
With 10 years’ experience in the legal environment, 5 years as a business owner and 10 years in Information Technology, Peggy has combined her experiences to bring results and a competitive advantage to law firms through her new business, LegalBizSuccess where she assists solo and small firm attorneys in building their business by providing management, operational and business development services on an outsourced, as needed basis. Peggy is a also Certified Clio Consultant.

Barb Etherington, founder of Interactive Assistants LLC
Barb Etherington is the Director of Virtual Assistant Services for Curo Legal LLC and the founder of Interactive Assistants LLC, provider of virtual administrative support services to law firms, entrepreneurs and small businesses. Barb started her career as a legal secretary, later joining a forest products company where she held a series of increasingly-responsible positions in finance and accounting for thirty years. Desiring to efficiently assist small business owners with their office tasks, she started her virtual assistance business in 2010.
