#cliotraining Tip: Setting Up a Flat Fee Payment Plan for Your Client
Offering flexible, or flat fee billing options is useful. And being able to offer a payment plan to your clients is a customer service win.
With Clio, you can setup a payment plan for your flat fee work. Simply create a Bill for the flat fee work, then add a Note like the following:
When you receive the first payment, record the payment with an updated Note, and repeat the process until the last payment has been made.
