Clio Opens Toronto Office to Serve the $250B North American Legal Industry and Bring its Legal Practice Management Tools to Firms in Central and Eastern North America
Vancouver-based Themis Solutions Inc. expands to Toronto to facilitate rapid expansion in Eastern Canada and US.
Themis Solutions Inc., makers of Clio, the leading cloud-based practice management platform for the legal industry, today announced the opening of a Toronto office to establish a presence in the all-important legal region that covers eastern Canada and the US.
A presence in Toronto enhances Clio’s ability to expand its customer base and customer service for the eastern seaboard and Europe. The opening of the office builds on Clio’s 2013 growth which includes celebrating its fifth anniversary in October, launching wildly successful first annual Clio Cloud Conference in September, and expanding into Europe with a new office in Dublin.

Silberbach joined Clio from Salesforce.com and is known for his expertise in scaling sales teams. With an office now in the heart of the startup community of downtown Toronto, Clio has begun active recruitment to staff up the sales organization to service a growing eastern client base. “Hiring high-growth sales teams is one of the most exciting phases in the evolution of a company and Clio plans to hire thirty new sales executives in the coming months,” said Silberbach. “Toronto offers an exceptional pool of qualified, cloud computing talent and we’re excited to bring Clio’s energy and momentum to the city. This new team will help support the ever-increasing appetite of our eastern clients for Clio’s legal practice management solution.”
